Return and Refund Policy

At Check In, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized uniforms manufactured to meet your organization’s specific needs. Since we operate on a bulk order and made-to-order basis, our return and refund process is structured to maintain fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency.

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the event of:
  
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect specifications delivered (size, quantity, or logo placement)
  • Damage during transit
• All return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos and details sent to 📧 info@checkinfashion.in or 📞 +91 90385 98740.
• We will review each case individually and offer repair, replacement, or credit toward future orders where applicable.

• Refunds are not applicable on confirmed bulk orders once manufacturing is in progress or completed.
• In cases of eligible returns (as above), refunds may be processed only if replacement is not possible and upon mutual agreement.
• Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

• Bulk orders are final once design and specs are approved by the client.
• We are committed to clarity and communication at every step to minimize discrepancies.
